What re-entry looks like after being away

Hey, friend!

I’ve crossed the Canada-U.S. border four times in the last week, and collected months worth of stories to share.

The best of my stories will debut next month at Song & Story, where we’ll be deep-diving into our “why you do what you do” stories, and how to tell them so people pay attention.

But this week, I’m finding my feet.

Swimming in the river. Hiking familiar trails. Capturing new songs on my RC-505 Loop Station. Scrolling Airbnb for the perfect romantic getaway spot. Squeezing my boys for as long as they’ll let me.

Re-entry is always challenging after those big, business-building adventures we get to go on as entrepreneurs. My heart wants to bathe in the newfound vision, yet my inbox is shouting at me like a needy toddler.

This is an integration week for me.
