YOUR 80’S PRICING PERSONA IS the…

Go from “young grasshopper” to modern day growth hacker
The Karate Kid is the classic story of clueless youngin’ turned confident martial arts master. That same transformation is possible for you too homeslice, but as it stands right now your pricing doesn’t match your skills.
You’ve taken the high-level courses. You’ve invested in your business, in teachers, mentors, books, and branding.
And you’re frustrated because you’re still pricing like a n00b when the reality is, you’re really good at what you do.
I’m about to embody Mr. Miyagi and show you exactly what you need to do to take your pricing up a few notches, attract better clients, and STOP selling yourself short.

How to Catch Flies with Chopsticks
“Man who catch fly with chopstick, accomplish anything.” – Mr. Miyagi
Up until now, you’ve been trying to catch all the flies with your big old jar of sweet sticky honey. You end up catching a bunch of flies that you don’t even want. Flies that haggle on price (the worst kind). Flies that don’t value your work as much as you do.
What you want is to catch the perfect flies. The ones that gladly shell out whatever amount of moola you’re requesting. The ones that value your work and rave about you to everyone they know. Yeah, those flies are fly.
Here’s what I mean by this strange Mr. Miyaki-esque analogy:
You’re attracting clients and customers that are far from ideal. But you have the skills to serve the ones you do want. Frustrating? Big time.

Go from wax on, wax off, to in-demand expert
1. Slay Your Imposter Syndrome
The reason you’ve found yourself in pricing hell is you don’t really believe you’re an expert. Ouch, I know. But listen, in business (like in life) there are clear phases.
The first phase is all about learning. You’re too busy learning and practicing to make any real money and that’s totally fine. You’ve been done with this phase for awhile, but for whatever reason a part of you still thinks this is where you belong.
The second phase is all about making sales. You’ve learned what you need to know and now it’s time to monetize. The only thing you need to learn in this phase is how to sell. This is where you belong. The more you BELIEVE in the skillset you’ve built and the results you can deliver, the easier it’ll be to attract the clients and customers you want.
2. A Branding Lesson from Bowie
“But Tarzan, I mean, Miyagi, I can’t just force myself to believe that I’m awesome when that’s not really how I feel?”
No, you’re right. It takes practice. David Bowie wasn’t always a rich and famous rockstar. He was a classic example of fake it till you make it in action.
Bowie got lucky. He had a manager who recognized the importance of playing the part. Even though David Bowie had no money, his manager insisted he show up in the world like he was already a superstar.
He dressed elaborately, went everywhere in a limo, and made himself known through the power of perception alone. Now you and I both know that David Bowie is and has always been insanely talented.
Talent alone didn’t make him into an international superstar, and it’s not going to turn you into a money making machine either.
Show up like a pro, even if you don’t feel like one yet.
3. Find Your Special Sauce and Start Making Sales
Up until now, you’ve likely been a chronic people pleaser. You may even have positive associations with phrases like “jack of all trades” or “multi-tasker” ⇐ I’m here to pop those belief bubbles because doing it all doesn’t sell— specificity does.
In order to get really good at sales, you need to know your zone of genius. You need to know as much as possible about the people you serve— their pains, their joys, their favorite cereal, everything. If you can accurately speak to their struggles and offer a powerful solution to match, you’ll no longer be a commodity, you’ll be the expert.

Hey there! I’m really happy you’re here. I know what it’s like to get stuck in the suboptimal pricing pit of doom.
I went from barely scraping by to working with clients like Amy Porterfield in a few short years.
Here’s the thing: if you’re good at what you do and you get results you get to determine a price point that works for YOU. Reverse engineer your business so that you run the show instead of the other way around.
Now that you’re here, I’ll show you how. Be warned, I’m unapologetically going to push you beyond what you thought possible. Pricing is a game, and you’re about to win.
