Answering all your questions
“Will you review my emails personally?
When you join at the premium level, you get one email reviewed every two weeks, either by me or my review partner Jessica, whose reviews are equally insightful and specific (and sometimes better). I don't guarantee you get me each week but I do guarantee you'll get subject line suggestions, improvements for your hook, and an overall way better email once we're done with it.
“What time are the calls?”
Every other Tuesday at 11am PT / 2pm ET.
“How big are the group calls?”
We get 6-12 people on the calls but that could change. Currently they're intimate and there's lot of time for discussion and Q+A, in addition to writing time. This may change as the group grows.
“I’m just getting started with email marketing—is this for me?”
It's helpful if you've completed Email Stars or +1KSUBS but it's not a requirement.
“Are there businesses you don’t work with?”
Email me if there's something specific you're worried about. I am invested in anti-oppression work and tend to attract people who are also doing that work. I also strive to host size-inclusive groups, so if your business promotes diet culture and intentional weight loss, this wouldn't be a fit.
"What if I haven't done your programs?"
I sometimes refer to lessons in certain programs because many of my members are alumni. It's fine if you're taken another email marketing program, or have enough experience that you don't need it.
“When will this offer come around again?”
Email Review Club is an always-open membership but we occasionally offer special bonuses when we do a live promotion. Join my email list to hear about that.
“What's the refund policy?”
We have a strict no refunds policy but you’re free to come and go as you like. There’s a link in every email to manage your subscription independently. You can also cancel by emailing team@tarzankay.com.
