What We Do
Tarzan Kay Global is an online training company that helps business owners market themselves online in an authentic way, so they can create meaningful connections and convert more customers. Our programs are designed to help our customers get organized with their email marketing and start sending brave and powerful emails that turn subscribers into customers.
Who You'll Work With
This is a full time role that reports directly to the Business Manager but you’ll work closely with the entire team. Our four-person team loves to laugh and share stories, and we’re also not afraid to have difficult conversations. We work with deep respect for our teammates, and understand that the more everyone loves their job, the more creative, happy and successful we’ll be, in business and in life.
The Position

- You live in Ontario, Canada (bonus points for being in or near the Niagara Region).
- You geek out on cool software, systems and processes are your best friends, and you’ve never met a project management tool you didn’t like. If you drool over clarity and organization and live for “inbox zero,” then you’re probably a great match for us.
- You understand that stellar customer service means being cool in a conflict, and seeing someone else’s point of view.
- You intuitively know what the next question might be and go out of your way to answer it.
- You’re passionate about social justice, and you believe economic equity is one of the best ways we can heal our world. You believe that wealth, power and influence need to be accessible to everyone, not just a privileged few.
- You love building rapport and relationships with amazing people and are eager to help them succeed and then celebrate that success with them.
