“Will you review my emails personally?
Totally. That’s one cool thing about this membership. You’ll get at least one email reviewed by me each month, and another reviewed by Tracy Duru, who does emails reviews for Email Stars that are just as good (and sometimes better.)
“What time are the calls?”
Every other Tuesday at 11am PT / 2pm ET.
“How big are the group calls?”
I don’t like to do calls with more than 12 people so if they start to get crowded and people aren’t getting their questions answered, I’ll open up more call times.
“I’m just getting started with email marketing—is this for me?”
This might be the perfect place to start. We have a broad range of members, from people who rarely email their list, to those who've been doing it consistently for years.

“Are there businesses you don’t work with?”
We really don’t have to agree on everything in order to work together, but I do have some non-negotiables. Because of my history and specific knowledge about cults and coercive control, I don't work with multi-level marketers. If you’re looking to transition out of that model, please email me for helpful resources that may help with your recovery.
"What if I haven't done Email Stars?"
I sometimes refer to lessons in Email Stars because right now most of my members are alumni. This season I'm opening to Email Stars alumni only, tho it's perfectly fine if it's been a minute since you looked at this program.
“When will this offer come around again?”
Probably in the Fall. That will depend on how many people join this round and if there is space for more participants. Since this requires a high level of personalized support (in Slack, email reviews, and monitoring and checking in on people’s goals), the capacity is not unlimited!
